Bipin Agarwal, CEO
Bipin Agarwal as the CEO of Redhawk Investments Group has a tremendous track record of creating businesses that generate huge returns for stakeholders and investors.

Bipin Agarwal was a co-founder, Director, and Executive Vice President of the North American Operations at Tanning Technology Corporation. As a member of the company's operating committee and board, he participated in M&A activity, developed strategic business alliances, maintained analyst relationships, and helped take the company public in 1999. During its peak Tanning Technology had a market value of more than a $1B and over 500 plus employees.

He has been a seasoned Senior Executive with track record of driving visionary technology solutions for start-up, high growth, and fortune 500 organizations. He has been delivery focused, proactive and has had committed leadership in development of high-performance teams to support both business and information-technology initiatives. He has extensive background in software development and infrastructure build out and roll out. Prior to his executive involvement at Tanning, Mr. Agarwal was the chief architect for several large scale open systems, and is nationally recognized for the design and deployment of TP monitor-enabled online transaction processing and strategic decision support systems. He led and architected many of Tanning's large-scale solutions including the system architecture for E*Trade, FedEx, FundServ. His mutual funds application for FundServ won the Canadian Information Productivity Award (CIPA) for the best use of technology in 1995.

Currently Bipin Agarwal has been an angel investor in several technology related ventures. He also serves as a senior management consultant to several startups to help them define business strategy and go-to market strategy. He defined and launched offshore management consulting services to help clients build or optimize their offshore IT operations. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from IIT in India, where he graduated as class valedictorian in 1985.

Nicholas C. Kalavity, Business Development, Senior Advisor
Nicholas C. Kalavity has joined Redhawk Investment Group to lead many of the business development efforts. Mr. Kalavity has over twenty-five years of experience in a variety of leadership business development, sales/marketing and strategic functions. Since 2001, Mr. Kalavity has operated consulting/advisory companies and and supported several start-up ventures. This has included a long standing business relationship with Mr. Agarwal involving multiple off-shore related initiatives. Through his association at FNSTAR, Mr. Kalavity helped cultivate clients for off-shore management service based services while also contributing in the areas of strategic partnerships, fund raising.

Prior to 2001, Mr. Kalavity held executive level positions with several notable telecommunications companies including TCG, Extant, and OnFiber (acquired by ATT, Dynegy and Qwest respectively). Mr. Kalavity holds a B.S. in Advertising and communications from University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Myers joins Redhawk with significant commercial real estate and development market experience.  As a market research analyst at a high-profile local brokerage, he has analyzed the historical and current market activity in local markets and developed key coefficients to provide a long term view on real estate markets.  He understands the commercial real estate market and its nuances in an emerging local economy.  He knows the necessary sales, marketing, and strategic techniques associated with real estate opportunities.  He has been involved in leasing, investment, and development ventures, providing necessary information and resources for various projects.  His strengths involve market analysis based on data and market factors, and applying this knowledge to feasibility and best use analysis.  His exposure to the many facets of the commercial real estate industry and his understanding of applicable economics are pertinent to Redhawk Investments Group.

Mr. Myers holds a BA from Vanderbilt University, and he is currently a candidate for an MS in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver.

Ernie Sampias, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Sensis
Mr. Sampias is the CFO of a Sensis, multi-billion dollar company based in Australia. Sensis is Australia's leading publisher of White and Yellow Pages Directories and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Telstra, also based in Australia.

Prior to this, Mr. Sampias has over 25 years of related experience in financial management roles, which include the Chief Financial Officer role for Local Matters, Inc., and McDATA Corporation. He also has 15 years of experience in several financial management roles for U S West. Mr. Sampias' last assignment for US West was as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for US West DEX, which was the Yellow Pages Directory subsidiary of US West. Mr. Sampias also has financial management roles with Aerojet-General Corporation and Convergent Communications. In addition, he has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Spectralink Corporation in Boulder, Colorado and Quark, Inc. of Denver, Colorado.

He is a graduate of Indiana University with a B.S. in Business with distinction and a M.S. Taxation degree from DePaul University. Mr. Sampias is a Certified Public Accountant (Indiana License).

Kamalesh Dwivedi is a Senior Vice President and the Chief Information Officer of Network Solutions, a leading provider of e-business solutions and a pioneer of the domain name registration service. Mr. Dwivedi, a seasoned and a transformational technology executive, has more than 25 years of combined experience in engineering, high technology manufacturing and Information Technology. Prior to joining Network Solutions, Mr. Dwivedi was an Executive Vice President and the CIO at TeleTech Holdings, a leading global provider of Business Process Outsourcing, in Englewood, Colorado. Dwivedi has served as a vice president and Chief Information Officer of ADC Telecommunications, a global manufacturer of broadband equipment and a supplier to the telecom and cable industries. Prior to ADC, he was the Chief Information Officer of Scientific-Atlanta, now a division of Cisco and a global manufacturer and supplier of integrated technology products in video, voice and data to the telecom and cable industries. Dwivedi led the engineering and manufacturing functions for handsets in the pioneer days of the cellular phone industry, during the 80's in Canada.

Mr. Dwivedi holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur, India and a master's degree in engineering from Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada. He also graduated from the Harvard Business School's Program for Management Development.

Dr. Donald L. Stevens, Board Advisor
Dr. Donald L. Stevens has been the Director of the Institute for International Business (IIB) at the University of Colorado since its founding in 1988. Dr. Stevens was the founding Dean of the Business School at the University of Colorado at Denver from 1981-1991 where he built the faculty from 7 to 47 in five years and built graduate student enrollments from 300 to 1200 in five years with 9 master's degree programs. In 1986 Dr. Stevens founded the Economic Club of Colorado, an organization of CEO's who lead Colorado's businesses and has served as its President since that time. Beginning in 1987 Dr. Stevens has led delegations of business executives, community leaders and university faculty to developing economies, meeting with government and business leaders, visiting companies and leading academics to learn first hand how these nations are developing and the experiences of US businesses in these countries.
